Please be sure to read the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations before submitting your application.

Exhibitor Application Procedure

After reading and agreeing to the regulations, complete the form and send it via email.
After reviewing the contents of the application form, confirmation of acceptance will be provided. An invoice (PDF) will also be sent by email.
Please note that applications may be declined if the exhibit content does not align with the purpose of the exhibition.

How to Apply to Exhibit

If you apply within the above deadline, your company/organization name will be listed on the invitation flyer.
After the deadline, applications will be accepted only if booth space is available.

Changes or Cancellation of the Exhibition Contract

If an exhibitor cancels their participation, the following cancellation administrative fees will apply. In addition, if the number of booths is reduced after the application deadline, administrative fees for the change will also be charged.
