※ Electrical power, lighting, and carpet are NOT included.
※ Decoration must be arranged separately by the exhibitor.
※ For corner booths, no partition will be installed on the aisle side.
※ Removal of the back wall is not permitted regardless of whether adjacent booths exist.
Session Fee JPY 110,000(tax included) / per slot (40 minutes)
An exclusive platform for exhibitors to present innovations and use cases beyond the booth.
Sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
※All Exhibitor Seminars shall be held free of charge for attendees.
※Any materials or handouts must be prepared by the presenter.

Announcements and visitor promotions are conducted through The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, which reaches users across all industries nationwide. In addition to official notices and ads, coverage includes the introduction of exhibitors prior to the event and special features timed to the exhibition period, leading to reliable attendance from end users.

After reading and agreeing to the regulations, complete the form and send it via email.
After reviewing the contents of the application form, confirmation of acceptance will be provided. An invoice (PDF) will also be sent by email.
Please note that applications may be declined if the exhibit content does not align with the purpose of the exhibition.
If you apply within the above deadline, your company/organization name will be listed on the invitation flyer.
After the deadline, applications will be accepted only if booth space is available.
If an exhibitor cancels their participation, the following cancellation administrative fees will apply. In addition, if the number of booths is reduced after the application deadline, administrative fees for the change will also be charged.
※The cancellation administrative fees include not only the Booth Rental Fee but also any optional service fees and webinar fees that have already been applied for.
